DISCLAIMERS

There is no beach at Shell Beach--just expansive marsh. Most visitors explore the outdoors via boat.

We recommend getting groceries and items prior to your arrival. Here are some nearby provisions and amenities for your reference:

There are no restrooms or showers on property associated with the RV Park. All RV sites have full electric, water and sewer hook ups.

If available, you may opt for an early check in (as early as 2:00 PM) for an additional $25 early check in fee.  You may also opt for a late check out (as late at 2:00 PM) for an additional $25 late check out fee.

If available, you may opt for an early check in (as early as 2:00 PM) for an additional $50 early check in fee.  You may also opt for a late check out (as late at 2:00 PM) for an additional $50 late check out fee.

Early check in and/or late check out is not guaranteed, and must be confirmed with our team prior to arrival/departure.

DEPOSITS + CANCELLATIONS

50% of your stay plus taxes is due at time of booking. The balance of your stay will be charged on your arrival day.

You may cancel your reservation up to (30) days prior to arrival and receive a refund on your initial deposit. If canceling within (30) days, you may get a credit for a future stay (to be used in one calendar year).

EARLY DEPARTURE FEE

Guests who check out prior to their scheduled departure date are subject to an early departure fee of one night rate.

NO SUBLETTING

RV Slips, boat slips and Pelican Perch Lodge may not be sublet. Your reservation is not transferable to any other party.

PETS

I'm on Vacation Shell Beach Retreat is pet friendly*.
Kindly keep your pet on a leash at all times.
Kindly pick up after your pet.
Pets may not be left unattended at the Retreat.
A max of two pets per reservation are allowed.
All pets must be registered with the I'm on Vacation team prior to arrival.

There is a $75 one time fee associated with pets for the Pelican Perch Lodge.

*No pets are allowed to stay in the Retreat Camper. A minimum $150 fee will be applied to the card on file if evidence is found (pet hair, etc).

Pet owners will be solely responsible for their pets at all times - including but not limited to being aggressive, noise, etc.

Pet owners agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless I'm on Vacation, LLC from an against any and all alleged or actual losses, claims, damages, liabilities, costs suffered by any other guest, employee, or person in connection with pet's stay at the Retreat.

PARKING

RV Park:
Your site has space for 1 RV, 2 Trucks and 1 Boat Trailer. If overflow parking is available, additional vehicles/boat trailers may be added for a $10 additional parking fee per vehicle per night.

Retreat Camper:
Please park in the space behind the camper, or alongside the camper.  Room for 2 vehicles allowed.  If you have a boat trailer, please park in the overflow parking area (no additional charge).

Pelican Perch Lodge:
Please park in the ample space in front of and below the lodge.

GARBAGE

RV Park and Retreat Camper:
Help us stay clean by depositing all garbage in the dumpster at the back of the site. Please see map for location.

Pelican Perch Lodge:
Upon departure, please dispose of all trash in the trash cans below the lodge.

DAMAGE OF PREMISES

To the fullest extend permitted by law, Guest assumes full responsibility for any damage done by Guest or Guest Visitors during Guest's stay. Any and all damages will be applied to credit card on file.

Retreat Camper + Pelican Perch Lodge:
This is a NO SMOKING facility. A $300 fine will be applied to the card on file if any evidence is found after Guest stay.

OUTDOOR COOKING

Personal charcoal and propane grills are permitted at RV sites. 

The Retreat Camper includes a charcoal grill.  Please plan to bring your own charcoal and lighter fluid.

The Pelican Perch Lodge includes a propane grill.  

Do not put hot coals in garbage containers.

Absolutely no campfires may be burned on gravel.

NO STRUCTURES OR CLOTHES LINES

No structures or clothes lines are to be built outside of your RV are permitted. We ask you keep your space clean, so the Retreat maintains a uniform and cohesive space for all to enjoy.

CREDIT CARD SECURITY

Your credit card information is stored and processed securely.

INDEMNIFICATION

Guest shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless Retreat, its owners, employees and their respective affiliates from and against all demands, suits, judgements, settlements, claims, damages to persons and/or property arising out of negligence or intentional misconduct of Guest or Guest visitors.
